AI model providers: queries are processed by our AI infrastructure; we do not share personally identifiable metadata with third-party model providers beyond what is technically necessary

Business transfers: in connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition of DevBhumi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — users will be notified before data is transferred to a new controller

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account:

• Account and profile data is deleted within 30 days

• Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

• Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

Divine Connect is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Divine Connect after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
